SJDB Voucher/RTW

File review & documentation, employer contact, notices and form completion

$100/hour per file or $75/hour for 4 hour minimum

Document claim file and complete and file all forms and/or notices required by statute/regulation

FEHA/ADA Interactive Process/RTW Assistance

Document review, interactive process, job analysis, research

$150/hour or Flat Rate*

Reports and related documentation provided for employer files

WCAB Testimony

Expert witness document review, research, and testimony

$200/hour

Half day minimum for court appearances

Training

Preparation, presentation, handouts

$1500/day* plus expenses
