Leno & Associates provides a variety of Return to Work (RTW) and forensic services to assist insurers and employers in meeting their obligations under California’s workers’ compensation statues and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) as well as the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). RTW services include job analysis, identification of job modifications and assistive or adaptive devices, facilitation of the required interactive process, and documentation of the return to work process. Documentation includes mandatory return-to-work notices as well as the EAMS forms now required by the state of California. Forensic services include return-to-work assessments and testimony for Ogilvie and Le Boeuf cases
Leno & Associates also provides customized training programs for insurer and employer staff to facilitate their understanding of the Supplemental Job Displacement benefit (voucher) process, the RTW process and documentation required by workers’ compensation law, the FEHA/ADA interactive process, and the FEHA/ADA requirements for reasonable accommodation. Programs range from 1 hour “refresher” courses to day long (6 hour) intensive and interactive courses.
